We are proud to offer unique Kune-Kune, Mulefoot, & Large Black Heritage hogs. This pork is rich in flavor and nutrients. Our hogs are born and raised on our farm on a combination of pasture and in our historic barn. They are fed a locally sourced all grain diet.

Step 1: Click on the order link above to go to a Google form. Answer the question to let us know what you are interested in. You will receive a confirmation email or call to confirm your order.
Step 2: Before the animal goes to the processor, we'll contact you to discuss the cuts you would like. No problems if you have never done this before, we will walk you through it based on what you like. It's easier than you think!
Step 3: Once the processor has finished and the meat is ready, we'll give you a call to arrange for delivery to your door! We offer delivery within 50 miles of our farm in Meyersdale, PA and work with customers who live further away.

The hanging weight is the weight of the animal after it has been field dressed but before the individual cuts have been made. Finished meat weight averages 50 - 60% of the hanging weight. So a whole pig that finishes at 80 lbs will have a hanging weight of about 145 lbs.
